Delivery Condition: *Bicycles will not be delivered as fitted, it will be delivered in a box. *If a customer wants a fitting product, customer has to pay TK 200 as fitting charge. *After completion of delivery, Duranta concerned person will visit customer for fitting the bicycle. *Customer has to call on toll-free number: 08007777777 if the bicycle fitting service is not done within 3 working days of delivery.

* Customers are requested to check the product properly while receiving. Product replacement is not allowed after the product is received by the customer. * If customer get any defective product, customer has to raise complain within 3 days after receiving.
