Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM (General):

  • Delivery of wrong product
  • Delivery of defective product
  • Delivery of the products with missing parts
  • Incorrect content on the website

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • General products:

B.    The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.

C.    The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For Electronic products, the item is only valid for return if there is any manufacturing defect or physical damage in it. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.

D.    The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box.

  • Footwear product:

 1. Customer can exchange an online purchase from any Walkar Footwear Outlets.  2. Return and Replacement request must be raised within 24 hours after getting the delivery.  3. An exchange can be done only once with the same product(s) and Item Code.

 4. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Customers will only receive an exchange if the product condition is in fresh/unused condition when received in any showroom of Walkar Footwear.



Delivery related Policy: 1. Customer will get delivery within 7 working days for regular order and 10 working days in terms orders under any special campaign or offers. In terms of production requirement & demand it may take longer with proper communication. 2. Shipping Cost will vary in terms of product dimension and weight. 3. Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product(s).

Refund Policy:

2. If your product is eligible for refund and once we have completed the quality evaluation or cancellation of item(s), your refund can generally take 10-12 working days according to your preferred refund method based on your initial method of payment. 

3. Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.

4. After confirming any Order, if the order is cancelled by the customer and an online payment is already made by the customer against that order, rfleshop.com can charge an Online Gateway Transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.
